XLIFF export & import
Export jobs to XLIFF for CAT tool translation and import them back, updating translations without modifying source text.

Open export
In the editor or job details More actions or More menu, click Export XLIFF….

Select languages and download
In the Export XLIFF dialog, check desired Languages and click Download. Files use standard XLIFF 1.2 format.

Translate in CAT tools
Translate in memoQ, Trados, or similar tools, saving as
.xlf,.xliff, or compressed.zip(under 20 MB).
Import

Open import
In the More actions menu, click Import XLIFF….

Review preview before importing
The preview summarizes rows to update, unchanged, conflicts, and warnings, displaying "In editor" and "In file" side by side. When conflicts exist, checking Overwrite 3 conflicts with the translations in the file applies file contents over editor edits; modified source text is never written back.

Confirm import
Click Import 6 segments. Importing updates translations without automatically delivering—review translations before clicking Deliver.
Common errors
Invalid files are rejected immediately: files belonging to other jobs, languages not in this job, duplicated languages, archives exceeding 20 MB, or non-compliant XLIFF 1.2. Replace files following prompts without corrupting existing translations.
