Getting started
Account & sign-in
How to register and sign in to Flow, and how to enable multi-factor authentication for your account.
This page explains how to sign in to Flow and where to manage your security settings after signing in.
- 1
Open the console
Navigate to the console URL (such as
flow.ecia.cc/app). Unauthenticated users land on the sign-in page. - 2
Enter your email
Enter your account email in Email, click Send code, and enter the code sent to your inbox. The first verification automatically creates your account.
- 3
Or use a password or third-party login
If you have set a password, click Sign in with password to enter it directly. You can also click Continue with Google or Continue with GitHub; initial authorization registers your account automatically. Accounts with configured passkeys can click Sign in with a passkey.
Security settings
After signing in, click Settings at the bottom of the sidebar, and open Security & privacy under the "Personal" group:
- Password: Set or update your sign-in password.
- TOTP: Click Enable TOTP, scan the QR code with your authenticator app, enter the verification code, and click Verify and enable. If you lose all devices, an administrator must reset your account, so adding a backup TOTP device is recommended.
- Email second-step verification: Click Enable email verification to use email verification codes as a second factor. If you used an email code during your initial sign-in, it cannot be reused as the second factor in the same session.
- Passkeys: Click Add passkey to register a device key. Passkeys offer convenient sign-in and do not replace TOTP or email MFA.
- Linked sign-in methods: Manage linked Google, GitHub, or other accounts; at least one login method must remain active.
- Sign-in email and account deletion: Changing your login email requires re-verification. Before deleting an account, you must transfer ownership of any organizations or workspaces where you are the sole owner.
Profile & preferences
- Profile: Avatar, display name, job title, username, and bio.
- Preferences: Interface language (Simplified Chinese / English), theme (Light mode / Ink mode / Follow system), and color theme. Preferences are saved in your current browser only.
