Projects

Projects group work by product or team. This page explains how to create projects and what each project tab does.

Requester

All requester localization work is organized in projects. Creating a project takes less than a minute, and the project tabs correspond to content, tasks, and collaboration.

Create a project

    Open creation dialog

    In the sidebar "Projects" group, click New project (or click Create project in the project list).

    Enter name and identifier

    Enter the project name; the identifier is generated automatically and uses lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens.

    Create

    Click Create project. The new project appears in the sidebar project list.

Project tabs

Inside a project, top-level tabs divide the workspace into core areas:

  • Localization Kits: The list of Kits in the project. Each Kit is a localization table; click into one to open the grid workspace.
  • Jobs: All jobs issued from this project, including progress, next steps, and assigned vendors.
  • Translation memory, Glossary, Knowledge base: Language asset entries; not yet connected in the current version (see Current limits).
  • Collaborator teams: Manage vendor teams available to this project.
  • Settings: Project name and configuration.
