Current limits

Flow is continuously evolving. This page documents capabilities you may encounter in the UI that are not yet available or exhibit known limitations.

Known limitations#

• Agent / AI import plan: Depends on models configured in your workspace. When no active model is available, AI plans are not generated and imports must use manual column mappings.
• memoQ integration: Direct online API integration is not available. The current workflow relies on file-based round-trips: Export XLIFF… → Translate in CAT tool → Import XLIFF….
• Translation memory and glossary: The two entries under sidebar "Language assets" display "Language assets not yet connected", with the page indicating "Module not connected".
• Collaborative documents and knowledge base: The Knowledge base tab on project pages and sidebar Query are likewise not yet connected.
• .xls write-back: Spreadsheet files can be ingested for import, but writing back to original workbook formats is not yet supported.
• Module toggles: Workspace-level module enable/disable toggles are not yet released; all module navigation entries are currently statically visible.
• Non-local data sources: Data source options including GitHub, GitLab, Figma, Google Sheets, Unity, and Unreal are marked "Coming soon"; only local file imports are currently active.

Known UI behaviors#

• Job acceptance status: For jobs that have completed acceptance and write-back, the action card may continue displaying the "Review delivery" status and Review delivery button. Rely on the "Accepted / Written back" events in the discussion timeline and the Details panel.
• Progress includes pre-filled translations: Progress indicators across lists and details count pre-filled baseline translations as "filled", meaning unaccepted jobs can display 100% completion.
