Jobs assigned to you start in "Awaiting your acceptance". This page explains what to review before accepting and how to decline when necessary.
My Jobs
Click My Jobs in the sidebar to list all tasks assigned to your team. The Next step column indicates who needs to act: "Awaiting your acceptance" awaits your action, "Awaiting review" awaits requester evaluation, and "Rework requested" awaits revisions.
Review these three areas before accepting
- Action card: Titled "Awaiting your acceptance", noting who assigned the job to your team and the due date. Accept is the primary action, with Decline alongside.
- Brief: Contains Instructions and Delivery criteria. If empty, it displays "Not provided"—ask in the discussion if unclear.
- Progress: Outlines four phases: Issue → Translate → Deliver → Accept, alongside progress bars per language. Progress includes pre-filled baseline translations.
Accept
Click Accept; the job moves to "Translating", the action card updates with progress details, and Open editor appears in the details page and More menu.
Decline
